Description

Description

This project consists of leasing areas for the construction and operation of two port terminals for the movement of liquid bulk in the Port of Santarém. Are they: STM 04 – Liquid Bulk Terminal at the Port of Santarém/PA, brownfield area with 28.8 thousand m²; STM 05 – Liquid Bulk Terminal at the Port of Santarém/PA, brownfield area with 35.1 thousand m². At Terminal STM 05, there are 12 pressurized steel-lined tanks – nine vertical and three horizontal. The diameter of vertical tanks varies from 6 to 12 meters and that of horizontal tanks varies from 2.7 to 3.4 meters – with a length of 7.4 to 10 meters. Total storage is approximately 5,035 tons (5,923 m3), which should meet demand over the next 25 years. In this case, only replacements of existing tanks worth R$ 11 million are planned. At the end of the period, the Terminal should have a minimum capacity to handle 130 thousand tons per year. The STM 04 auction was held on March 23, 2017 with a grant value of R$18.2 million. The Porto Santarém Consortium (Petrobrás Distribuidora S.A and Petróleo Sabbá S.A) won the auction held by ANTAQ. The STM 05 auction, held on the same day, obtained a grant value of R$50.0 million and was also won by Consórcio Porto Santarém.
