Description | Tres-Or Resources Ltd. has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire the Stonecutter Diamond-Gold Project in northwestern Ontario from 2540575 Ontario Inc., owned by Tres-Or TEC Holding LP managed by Third Eye Capital. The project is a large-scale diamond and gold exploration site with significant historical exploration and excellent infrastructure access near Wawa, Ontario. The acquisition will be completed through a reverse take-over transaction, resulting in Ont-Co becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Tres-Or. The project aims to advance exploration efforts focusing on gold potential and diamond-bearing conglomerates. |
