Stoney Creek YMCA Recreation Facility Rehabilitation and Expansion

The project will rehabilitate and expand the Stoney Creek YMCA recreation facility in London, Ontario. The work will involve building an addition onto the second floor of the existing facility and upgrading the entire building with energy efficient LED lighting; refurbishing the pool air handling unit and sand filters; replacing the boilers and domestic hot water tanks; upgrades to access doors and gates; and replacing failing shower tiles. The project will enable the Stoney Creek YMCA to offer increased access to recreational programming for all ages, particularly youth and vulnerable populations.
