Storm sewer, wastewater, watermain, culverts and road rehabilitation. Replace and increase capacity for 228 m of existing 300mm and 262m of 900mm storm sewer with proposed 245m of 1950mm and 40m of 1500mm all concrete storm sewer. Estimated residential homes in the area is 30 to 40 as well as one school and one church in the construction area. Replacement is required due to failing pipes and planning for increased capacity . Road will be reconstructed with no expansion or improvement once sewers and watermain work is completed. Other contribution funding is from Windsor Utilities Commission for the watermain work. Additional scope includes: Replace and improve capacity for 16m 1650mm concrete culvert at Mount Royal Drive including one 3600 x 2400mm storm sewer manhole, 25 m 250mm sanitary sewer, 16m 450mm storm sewer and road restoration. Replace and improve capacity for 22m 1500mm concrete culvert at Longfellow Avenue including one 2400mm storm sewer manhole, 10m 1350mm storm sewer, 17m 450mm storm sewer and road restoration. Lennon Drain widening and bank stabilization, and end discharge treatments will be included between west of Mount Royal Dr. and east of Longfellow Avenue, which is approximately 190 meters in length.
