The general mission of the network, speaking from a sociological point of view, in a constructive way and aimed at the future of citizenships, is the promotion of public, social, labor policies at local and regional, European level, which promote citizen cohesion by enhancing the principles of equality, promoting exchanges between citizens of different countries; offering the opportunities to enrich oneself through cultural diversities within the European Union, enhancing the understanding of values and knowledge of cultural heritage, constituting the foundations of a common future of peace, guaranteeing above all in this particular moment of global imbalance, correct peaceful relations between Europeans and ensure their active participation not only at the local level. We will describe in the city network model the cooperation and exchange of best practices, enhance the role of local authorities in the process of European integration, according to the fundamental principles of the Charter of Rights of the European Union: Dignity, Freedom, Equality, Solidarity, Citizenship, Justice. The enjoyment of these rights gives rise to responsibilities and duties towards others as well of the human community and of future generations. The objectives and mission of the project can be identified in general in these aspects of vision, which will subsequently be clearly delineated: 1. Urban strategic planning and management intervention policies; 2. Work relocation interventions; 3. Inclusion and non-discrimination (gender, age, ethnic origin, or others); 4. Target inclusion in social and employment policies; 5. Redevelopment with a view to relocation; 6. Growing legislation and specific policies; 7. Creation of local public value. To achieve this, this project is designed as a series of mutually fueling events and actions that include the participation of many types of stakeholders. In this regard, consider that the total number of planned events is 12 (7 to be carried out in situ and 5 to be carried out online) which will involve a total of 7 Partners based in a total of 5 different European countries: Italy, Spain, Poland, Croatia and Romania.
