Description | SLGB was specifically designed to address these regional needs, taking advantage of the opportunity to create a significant and sustainable impact in the region. The project involves the collaboration and participation of multiple Latin American countries (Ecuador, Colombia and Argentina) with three European countries (Spain, Sweden and Finland) to create a study program in Strategic Leadership for Green Businesses. The participating Latin countries share similarities in terms of socioeconomic and cultural context. The SLGB project aims to increase the specific knowledge and, therefore, the capacity of Latin American students to become effective leaders and entrepreneurs to address the challenging problems of the future sustainable prosperity of Latin America and the transition of productive sectors towards decarbonization as part of the European Green Deal. The specific objectives of the project are 1 FACILITATING THE EXCHANGE, FLOW AND CO-CREATION OF NEW KNOWLEDGE Bring together partners from leading EU and Latin American universities in the field of innovative and sustainable entrepreneurship and sustainability studies to create innovative transdisciplinary content designed to deepen the technical knowledge of students with business experience and strengthen mindsets and skills business skills of graduates of technical scientific careers. . 2 ENABLE TEACHERS TO TEACH TRANSDISCIPLINARY STUDIES THROUGH INNOVATIVE COMPUTING METHODS AND TOOLS Develop new teaching content for the course on Strategic Leadership in Green Business (SLGB), being an interdisciplinary and intersectoral topic that promotes the direct link between higher education and innovation and the business world. Develop an innovative teaching methodology through blended learning, a transdisciplinary approach in content design and the application of Gamification Principles. 3 STIMULATE SYNERGIES BETWEEN UNIVERSITIES AND BUSINESS SUPPORT SYSTEMS IN LATIN AMERICA AND EUROPE. |
