Strategic planning, customer surveys and urban mobility conference

The RTC must prepare a strategic plan which will guide the organization for the next 10 years. The strategic plan will address the transit company’s role, the needs and expectations of customers and the contributions by each partner. This strategic planning must also be supported by customer surveys (e.g. segmentation study). Additionally, the RTC wants to conduct a conference on Urban Mobility. Since the theme of urban mobility is a very important focus of the BTI’s strategic planning, this conference will uncover approaches that have generated results in urban mobility around the world (e.g. mobility sustainable, integrated, etc.).
