Stratford - Water Station Upgrades - Pondside, Cable Heights, Fullertons, Beacon Hill

The project includes upgrades at the Ponside Water Station by replacing two well pumps with new soft start pumps replacing level sensors in both wells, replacing ductile iron pipework in the station with stainless steel piping, upgrading the control panel and electrical components, and adding the provision of contact time to meet the required 4 log reduction. Also would like to add lightning protection to the sites, which would include grounding features and infrastructure such as perimeter fence and pipework and surge protection. The aim of the project is to provide a safer, more reliable system to the public.
