The Strathcona County Emerald Hills Leisure Centre Expansion Development Project (the Project) includes the design, engineering, and development of 10,000 square feet on the second floor of the Emerald Hills Leisure Centre to meet an identified community need for additional multi-use recreation and community purpose space, including larger programmable rooms and meeting spaces. The scope of the work will include installing a ceiling, lighting, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system, washrooms, flooring, electrical, and moveable walls for flexibility in room sizes.
