Description | The technical assistance (TA) will strengthen the capacity of Micro- Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Fund (MSMEPF) and Lao Access to Finance Fund (LAFF) as apex financial institutions and provide support to their participating financial institutions (PFIs) with the aim of improving financial inclusion in Lao PDR with a specific focus on access to finance for farmers, agricultural enterprises and agribusinesses, owned and operated by women and men covering all ethnic groups. Due to the nature of activities and the over indebtedness of the Lao PDR, those activities could not be covered by the loan financing of the main project. |
