The draft proposal refers to the sustainability of the ENFAST network, operational international and co-ordination between FAST units of Member States and Member States-observers (third countrys) regarding the location and arrest of the most wanted fugitives. Encouragement and strengthening of joint police investigative teams in investigating, locating and arresting the most wanted fugitives, educating police officers of national FAST units with new technical and methodological possibilities for locating and arresting the most wanted fugitives, optimizing treatment between FAST units, exchange of experiences, best practices, new emerging forms of problems in operation in international cooperation with the existing constraints and differences in the ENFAST network countries, implementation of the SIENA ENFAST project to full operationality, media promotion and promotion of the ENFAST network, further development of the EMW list, sustainability of the professional EPE platform. The intention of the applicant is to make the ENFAST network recognizable and well known to European citizens and show their readiness to fight against the perpetrators of the most serious criminal offenses that are fleeing, locating and arresting as soon as possible anywhere in Europe as part of international police co-operation, by exchanging information and fast action. Core Group meetings, conferences, trainings, joint affairs and closer and enhanced cooperation between national FAST teams will enhance understanding of the mutual action of law enforcement agencies and other national bodies. Security will be improved and EU citizens will be protected from crime by arrest dangerous criminals. ENFAST will not only increase public awareness of fugitives, but will also highlight the added value of police co-operation at EU level.
