The specific objectives are (i) to support efforts to conduct Peer Reviews of LAC countries with technical support from the OECD; (ii) to support the holding of the Latin American and Caribbean Competition Forum; (iii) to conduct reviews and proposals for the modernization of legal and regulatory frameworks, including manuals and guides; and (iv) to support the development of training for the implementation of competition laws. |
