The project aims to make an ex-ante diagnosis of the situation of the municipalities of Macaronesia and Cape Verde, through a social and employment study, as well as good municipal management practices. In addition, the institutional capacity of the municipalities of the ORs and Cape Verde will be strengthened with the creation of an Electronic Platform and realisation of Autonomous Conferences. It is also intended to train municipalities for more efficient management through benchmarking actions and training actions. The institutional capacity of the municipalities of the ORs and Cape Verde can be defined as institutional strengthening, mainly in the technical-administrative aspects of the functioning of the municipalities, through cooperation between the municipalities of the ORs and Cape Verde, through the best municipal practices in the areas of administrative modernisation, management, employability, competitiveness, promotion of the local economy, social entrepreneurship, among other matters of common interest.
