Strengthening of Lithuanian qualification system through strategic cooperation and promotion of LTQF and EQF

The activities of EQF national coordination point in Lithuania in the period of 2024-2026 will focus on activities supporting EQF recommendation implementation, strengthening strategic cooperation, knowledge sharing, national and international peer learning and awareness raising of Lithuanian Qualification Framework (LTQF) and European Qualification Framework (EQF) at national level. More specifically, the project, (1) in-line with issues noted during updating of the LTQF and EQF referencing report and emerging priorities in a broader context of EQF and other countries’ NQFs, will promote and facilitate strategic multi-level cooperation with national authorities, social partners, educational institutions; (2) will contribute to bringing the LTQF and EQF into other policies and closer to learners, workers and employers, (3) will ensure timely and transparent information about qualifications and learning outcomes in the national registers and Europass online platform. The project will also target the capacity building of national actors and EQF national coordination point (NCP), international cooperation and continuation of NCP activities as foreseen in EQF recommendation.
