The OG-EPHA-2022 project focuses on enhancing EPHA’s operational capacity, tightly corresponding to the very idea to support health civil society through EU4H Operating Grants. This includes enhancing the aspects of: • functionality, with focus on internal functionality, including governance review and legal updates, funding and financial management, membership strategy, internal processes; • capacity to respond to the strategic challenges and opportunities, including talent development and capacity to deliver evidence-based policy and advocacy, the latter by establishing a scientific advisory board; • engagement, as one of the key strategic elements, both of EPHA in the European policy process, and especially of our members and other (national) health actors in health debates. This will be achieved through: o capacity building aimed at engaging groups in societal debates; o renewal of our working with members, by launching clusters. • impact through communications upgrade, and through dedicated coordination of EPHA’s policy work, networks and partnerships.
