Promote & protect the rights of the child by: 1. Strengthening child helplines to respond to vulnerable children 2. Building capacity of child helplines in the collection, management & use of quality data to inform policy makers 3. Enhancing & building partnerships at national level, especially with governments, child rights actors & industry to improve expertise & accountability in the prevention & response to violence against children Activities and outputs 1. Identify Communities of Practice to promote an effective exchange of child rights & protection strategies to eradicate violence against children online & offline 2. Series of 8 webinars to exchange learning & build capacity of child helplines, including a component on data collection 3. 4 training of trainers to build capacity of child helplines 4. Implementation of minimum quality standards for child helpline services to increase their impact on children’s lives & roll-out of the Quality Assurance model for child helplines 5. Continue youth-centred programming by convening a Youth Advisory Council. 6. 4 Annual thematic Advocacy Reports featuring national child helplines 7. 1 Baseline (2018) & 1 Final Evaluation (2021) study on child helpline data, quality services, partnerships & advocacy results Members 34 child helplines in 28 EU Member States+Iceland Beneficiaries Indirect: Children & young people in 28 Member States+Iceland Results 1. Demonstrable contribution to monitoring & implementation of SDG 16.2 in EU 2. Increased capacity of child helplines to respond to issues affecting children, and especially the most vulnerable 3. Increased engagement & commitment of national partners to coordinate their own services with child helplines 4. Increased accountability of child protection systems through collection & analysis of quality child helpline data 5. Quality Assurance model established & integrated into network practices and procedures 6. Research demonstrating impact of child helpline services
