By implementing the project, it is given the young citizens of Svilengrad and Edirne a chance to develop their capacity and knowledge. The “Green camp” activity and establishment of outdoor classroom contributes to kids’ health and communication skills. Through promotion and presentations in local schools, meetings with local journalists, leaders and youth clubs the project motivates the kids to leave off the sedentary way of living and to find more reasons to spend time in training and collaboration. ToT for teachers helps them to gain more knowledge in a specific field and supports the exchange of experience and best practices. Moreover, they are being trained as trainers and are able to provide workshops using the training modules developed under the project. The planned survey is also essential because it indicates issues and provides information on contemporary practices, youth interests, and extracurricular activities to be planned in the Youth development strategy.
