STS13 – Liquid bulk terminal at the Port of Santos/SP

The STS 13 area is a brownfield area within the Organized Port of Santos/SP, on the island of Barnabé, dedicated to liquid bulk. The area is characterized as a mixed-use storage facility, with 99 pressurized tanks for chemicals, ethanol, petroleum derivatives. It has storage structures connected to the existing dock with two berths, at a distance of approximately 700 meters, through two pipeline corridors, with each storage tank having dedicated pipelines directed to the truck supply platforms. The terminal has an estimated storage capacity of 97,720m³ and an area of 54,221m² with connection to the highway and pier. The investment forecast is in the order of R$ 198.2 million to replace the tanks. The auction criterion will be the highest grant value and the contractual term is 25 years, extendable up to 70 years, in accordance with current legislation.
