This project will convert an existing office and small conference room into new larger conference room, convert an existing conference room at the south end of the east wing into three new offices, upgrade the staff kitchenette, and create an office suite for the Dean of Students. Work includes, but is not limited to, architectural, mechanical, electrical and finishes. Questions regarding the scope of work should be directed to the Design Professional.
