The design draws inspiration from Harlem's cultural and architectural heritage, featuring a facade of dark grey precast concrete with glass elements, and includes a rooftop terrace designed with landscape firm Studio Zewde. The new building offers 82,000 square feet across five stories and includes galleries, educational areas, artist-in-residence studios, and communal spaces. |
