Phase I - A study to confirm proposed enhancements to the transit route network, main transfer hub infrastructure requirements and development of a phased implementation plan and business case to prepare the City for pursuing future transit network investments and improvements. Aim is to be construction ready for Phase II of PTIF. To prepare the City towards introducing the Transportation Master Plan’s (TMP) proposed new centralized terminal/route network including; finalizing to a project ready status, site selection, detailed design and cost criteria for construction of a new intercity area terminal, refining the vision of TMP route rationalization recommendations to current conditions; and complete detailed planning, scheduling and cost criteria; capital and operating for proposed route network implementation.
