Su-57E Fifth-Generation Fighter Acquisition

Russia has offered India the export variant of the Su-57 fifth-generation stealth fighter, known as the Su-57E, with full access to its source code. This would allow India to integrate its own domestic avionics and weapon systems, such as the Astra missile, and potentially manufacture the aircraft domestically under the Make-in-India initiative. The offer includes early deliveries and collaboration on India's indigenous Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA) program.
