Description | Sugar Foods LLC plans to establish a food manufacturing and distribution facility in the first building of the Gateway at Whiteland development at 822 Gateway Drive, Whiteland. The project involves an investment of nearly $40 million, including $25 million in logistics and distribution machinery and equipment, $500,000 in IT equipment, and $15 million in tenant improvements. The facility will employ 105 full-time production and warehouse workers and aims to start warehousing and distribution operations in late 2025 to early 2026, with manufacturing operations starting in late 2026. |
