The spills occurred between March 23 and May 15, 2026, with the largest spill releasing between 700 and 900 gallons of bentonite drilling mud. Temporary measures were taken to recover fluids and control sedimentation, and permanent remediation is planned to start after drilling completion around May 19, 2026. |
