Summerland - Isintok Dam Low Level Outlet Replacement

This project will replace the old, damaged and leaking Low Level Outlet pipe (LLO) at the Isintok Lake dam to reduce the potential for failure that would result in significant flooding of the Summerland area. Project includes excavating the existing Isintok Lake dam embankment, removing the existing low-level outlet pipe, and replacing it with a larger capacity high density polyethylene pipe. This also includes new cast-in-place concrete inlet and outlet structures, additional high fines material and riprap erosion protection on the front face of the dam and managing environmental approvals and fish protection.
