Support and guidance to VET providers in the development of a quality system

This project involves developing an online handbook for VET providers with step by step guidance on how to develop, introduce and implement the quality system at the institution, how to carry out an effective self-assessment process, which is an essential part of a quality system, and how to analyse the EQAVET indicators and use them in drawing conclusions. This will be accomplished by studying the best practice of what is considered to be a quality system, what it includes and how to implement it, by attracting experts in the fields of quality and VET to develop a content of the handbook, and by organizing discussion and peer learning activity with the participation of relevant stakeholders. To ensure proper implementation of the project, a project team will be formed. The handbook will support VET providers in the development of a completely working quality system and correctly carried out self-assessment process, thus the report would represent the real situation at the institution. VET providers will know and understand how to use the self-assessment to improve their work and plan on further activities.
