The main objective of Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the strengthening and modernization of key public institutions essential for the functioning of the state apparatus, such as the National Registry of Identification and Civil Status (RENIEC), the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic of Peru (CGR), and the National Center for Strategic Planning (CEPLAN) of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM). TC aims to contribute to the development of stronger, more effective institutions that are service-oriented toward citizens by improving management capacity, optimizing processes and systems that enable the expansion of digital identity, promoting the modernization of information systems and interoperability, and strengthening transparency and integrity in public administration.
