The objectives are as follows: (i) to support the activities of the Social Network of Latin America and the Caribbean in order to help improve the management quality of various investment funds and funds of other public institutions with programs to combat poverty; (ii) to provide training for human resources in institutions in the NETWORK and as well as in other institutions with similar aims; (iii) to help improve and redesign programs and activities that address the question of poverty to be carried out by the institutions that would benefit from the project; (iv) to facilitate the exchange and use of innovative and effective experiences in social management by means of information systems serving the member institutions; and (v) to support participation by the beneficiary community through the sharing of experiences, dialogue, and the search for appropriate solutions.
