The general objective of this technical cooperation is to strengthen the institutional capacity of Public Development Banks (PDBs) to enhance their operational and innovation capacity to measure and improve effectiveness and impact. The specific objectives are to support PBDs in: (i) the quantification of the mobilization effect of their lending ; (ii) improving their environmental and social (E&S) risk management strategies and processes; and (iii) capacity building through dissemination forums and exchange of lessons learned among the development financial institutions in the region.
