The proposed technical assistance (TA) aims to help address Armenia's need for knowledge solutions by deepening policy and institutional insight and capacity within counterpart agencies. It will enhance upstream knowledge support for demand-driven policy, advisory, and strategic assessments of development agendas, as well as aid in the planning of innovative and sustainable programs and projects that incorporate climate- and disaster-resilient elements. The TA will provide comprehensive knowledge solutions to meet the operational and thematic priorities of the country partnership strategy, 2019-2023 of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for Armenia. In line with ADB's Strategy 2030, the TA will also enable ADB to engage proactively with Armenia in finding holistic and sustainable solutions to the country's complex development challenges.
