Surface Transit Operational Improvement Studies - Phase 1

Project calls for a qualified consultant who will collect, calibrate, review and analyze manually collected data and GPS-based transit data; the goal of which is to identify different types of delays on transit and measure their impact to transit service at the stop and corridor level. The delay ’hotspots’ are then examined within an established evaluation framework, through which a set of recommendations will be formed to improve transit reliability (and positively influences ridership) along the route.
