Sussex - Stewart Avenue Wastewater Pumping Station Renewal

This project aims to upgrade the Town of Sussex Wastewater Pumping Station (WWPS) due to its age. The scope of the project involves the installation of a new multi-pump station as well as all necessary mechanical and electrical equipment. The station will be constructed with an interior generator set complete with automatic transfer. The new infrastructure will include an update to the WWPS’s SCADA connection and programing to connect the WWPS to the Town’s SCADA system. In addition, and included in the Town’s estimate is, the necessary funding to complete the commissioning of the new WWPS and to decommission the aged infrastructure it will be replacing. This project will increase and improve the Town of Sussex’s ability to treat and manage wastewater.
