The module “Sustainability Thinking and Entrepreneurship” aims at developing skills and knowledge of the participants to deal with projects and business models, which cover different environmental and social issues, as well as developing digital and multicultural competences. The main idea is to suggest the module to master and bachelor (third-year and fourth-year) students of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University on the institutional level in order to develop knowledge about Sustainable Development Goals and EU priorities in this field, as well as vision how to achieve a sustainable world by 2030 and beyond, with human well-being and a healthy planet at its core. Students from other Kharkiv universities are also supposed to be engaged. The module involves problem-based learning and multidisciplinary group work. Additionally, we suppose to use innovative teaching methods of entrepreneurship investigated in recent research. The second year of the project includes a Summer school for students from Ukraine, Germany, and Greece (partner universities). Special attention will be paid to students with disabilities to ensure equal access to EU studies. The aim of the Summer school is to generate ideas how to make business and local communities more sustainable, to make teamwork intercultural and to explore the common and diverse aspects of sustainable way of thinking. Another goal of the project is to generate new knowledge in the field of sustainable way of doing business (2 scientific papers on sustainable development of business? EU practices, and future perspectives in a globalised world are supposed to be suggested in English). One more goal of the module is to influence civil society and policy-makers. Round table with local authorities, business would help to investigate the environmental and social issues of the Kharkiv city, Ukraine, and make some suggestions to deal with them in the context of EU policy.
