The specific objectives of this operation will be: (i) to improve the quality of the water supply service and access to the wastewater collection and treatment service, with a focus on the reduction of Greenhouse Gases; (ii) to improve the operational efficiency of the water supply and sewerage systems; and (iii) to improve the CAJ's corporate governance. The achievement of these objectives will contribute to the overall objective of improving the environmental and sanitation conditions of the population in the CAJ's area.
