Sustainable City USA Mixed-Use Development

cancelled

Dubai developer SEE Holding planned a roughly 2,300-acre mixed-use development in Kaufman County, Texas, intended to unite housing, businesses, and technology in an AI-enabled sustainable city. The project was to include apartments, townhomes, senior living units, and create jobs across multiple sectors including planning, construction, engineering, clean energy, technology, and community services. The development aimed to support integrated spaces for local employers, innovation-driven companies, essential services, retail, medical, and daily needs within walking or biking distance, promoting reduced traffic and lower emissions.
