The project will expand access to financial services among the low income migrant population of the country. This will be done by supporting Suvidhaa to expand its agent network in low income states and help make migrants and their families become aware about Suvidhaa's services. Project activities include: 1)Expanding the BC's agent network in under-served areas: Suvidhaa will expand its operations in under-served areas of migrant corridors especially at the receiving end. This will be done by enrolling new agents and training them so that to ensure they can conduct all the transactions without any problems. 2)Increasing the customer awareness: This involves designing financial awareness modules and training the agents and customers to generate sufficient demand for the financial services. 3) The BC will design and implement various incentive policies and schemes for agents as well as for the end customers to drive usage.
