under construction

The redevelopment of the Busan Suyeong Bay Yacht Stadium, originally built in 1986 and known as the Olympic Yacht Stadium, aims to modernize the aging facilities and expand docking spaces to accommodate the growing yachting population. The project includes 567 state-of-the-art docking facilities, convention and yacht-related facilities, complex cultural and commercial spaces, and citizen-friendly waterfront areas. The total project cost is 158.4 billion Korean won, fully funded by private investment, with iPark Marina Co., Ltd. as the project implementer. The project targets completion by the end of 2027, with the implementer operating the facility for 30 years post-completion.
