SWARCO launches MyCity Modular Traffic Management Platform

SWARCO has launched MyCity, a new highly flexible and customizable modular traffic management platform that gives local authorities and city planning officials greater control of its systems to improve mobility for its citizens. MyCity includes the functionality of a traditional traffic management system such as traffic signal monitoring and control, car park guidance, VMS management, and journey time monitoring while enabling the plug-in of new features such as EV charging management, micromobility, floating car data, and air quality management. The web-based modular setup of MyCity means the system can be tailored to suit the specific needs of individual towns or cities, and the flexibility of it is such that it can be set up simply ‘as a service model’ and various functionalities and features can be easily added on at any time when they are needed to improve traffic flow and safety.
