Description

Description

The Swedish consortium, SweNet, are part of the local and regional infrastructure for business and innovation services which enables them to cover all activities in this proposal. The network has full geographical coverage and provide all services within COSME and Horizon 2020. The Swedish consortium will use the” No wrong door concept” by integrating all services within internationalisation and innovation into one comprehensive set of services. Suitable SMEs for in-depth innovation services are channelled this way and through other SweNet partners. The overall objective is to continue providing services to SME´s with international ambitions in synergy with national and regional support structures in Sweden, to improve competitiveness, internationalisation and innovative capacity in the local economy. The Swedish consortium will continue to have a clearly defined, documented and monitored impact-driven delivery system. The Internal Management Tool (IMT) makes it possible to follow up all activities and document all contacts with the SMEs. All staff within SweNet will work after the Hub and Spokes model and will serve as their clients trusted advisor to help them with their internationalisation/innovations needs. All staff within SweNet has excellent competences to provide the EEN-services and some partners are niched into different areas, such as Scale Up, IPR or financing. There will also be selected partners specialised in innovation and they will provide services within H2020 EIC Pilot. Beneficiaries that have completed phase 1 of the SME Instrument but unsuccessfully applied for phase 2 while having received the 'Seal of Excellence' shall be able to receive advice in realising the proposed project and further developing their innovation strategy, including advice on funding opportunities under the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF). These services shall be provided via the Network's existing services under COSME.
