Synthetic Sports Pitch Project at India Tyres Playing Fields

under construction

The project involves the installation of a new synthetic sports pitch at India Tyres Playing Fields in Inchinnan. Contractors have completed extensive groundworks and drainage infrastructure for the first phase. The all-weather artificial surface will replace one of three grass pitches and feature an environmentally friendly organic corn infill system. The project is part of a larger regeneration programme including improved pathways, biodiversity enhancements, community growing spaces, a children's play area, a replacement pavilion, improved parking, and better facilities for sport, recreation, education, and community events.
