Phase 1 includes contracts one through five and must be completed before demolition of the elevated portion of I-81 begins. This phase includes construction of new connections, roundabouts, bridge work, and rebuilding water and sewer systems. Phase 2, starting next year, involves rebuilding I-690, removing and installing bridges, and adding new access points to downtown Syracuse. |
