The project company is Enersok, in which Nebras Power Q. S. C. has 33.3% stake, Electricite de France (EDF) - 33.3%, Sojitz - 19% and Kyuden International - 14.3%. Total investment stands at $1.17 billion. IFC was mandated as Uzbek government's transaction adviser in 2019.
