The two partners identified the need to cooperate and to give something new for the market. In this way, in the joint project the 'T' straight line will be developed, which is a special metal profile used in the production of furniture. The partners will be work strongly together due to the new products named “T straight line” will be realised by Zeus Exhausts Ltd. and ZGR KOVAČIČ will use a new technology, which is a technologic line named Nickel-Chrome-Tin, will be used to realize the chrome plating of the product. In this way, the product will be elaborated by the partners and will be the indispensable element of the production of furniture from solid wood in the future. In the industry of furniture, a great importance is offered to the design as the products must be in line with the actual “fashion trends” and they must bear the maximum quality possible. The ‘T’ straight line is a stiffening element able to eliminate the deformities of table surfaces realized from 2-3 m2 solid wood. With the incorporation of the ‘T’ straight line, the table top will keep its original factory parameters and aesthetic appearance in all climate zones and at various humidity levels. For the serial production of the 'T' straight line must be based on further technological development and purchasing of various equipment for each project partner. In this way, ZEUS EXHAUSTS Ltd. must purchase one punching tool, one pneumatic feeder and one advanced spot welding machine and ZGR KOVAČIČ will need the change of an individualized machine and technology, which is based on the Trichrome Plus trivalent chromium method. For the treatment of the target surface, an innovative Trichrome Plus technology will be introduced, which is the new generation of the trivalent chromium-electrolysis processes. The first use of the ‘T’ straight line is a stiffening element able to eliminate the deformities of table surfaces realized from 2-3 m2 solid wood. The new product – as a metal fitting – is the intellectual product of the experts of ZEUS EXHAUSTS Ltd. which achieves its marketable form as the result of high level surface treatment. The ZGR KOVAČIČ technology development, which is a technologic line named Nickel-Chrome-Tin, will be used to realize the chrome plating of the product. It is important to underline that the production of the 'T' straight line is only possible with the cooperation of ZEUS EXHAUSTS Ltd. and ZGR KOVAČIČ.
