Ta Khoa Integrated Mine and Refinery Project

Blackstone Minerals has partnered with Vietnamese conglomerate Xuan Loc Tho to jointly develop the Ta Khoa integrated nickel mine and refinery project in northern Vietnam. Xuan Loc Tho will become the majority joint venture partner, providing funding and local expertise to advance the mine and refinery through permitting, construction, and operations. The partners will establish a new company to develop the refinery, with Xuan Loc Tho funding costs related to investment approvals and registration. Xuan Loc Tho will also develop an industrial complex in Bac Yen district to house the refinery, securing tax benefits and streamlining permitting processes.
