The TEAM project is aimed at piloting a participative hub, both as physical space and process, able to involve citizens and their related representations (CSOs, schools, Universities and educational facilities, research centres, cultural institutions, etc) in a permanent open and inclusive dialogue with municipalities and their related representations (decision makers, public officials, neighbourhoods, municipal and regional council members). he TEAM project general objective is: To boost citizens’ democratic and civic participation into local policy making process towards a reinforced sense of belonging to the European Union and EU values. The related outcomes are: OC1 - Strengthened the Local Authorities's officials and functionaries competencies and their procedures in order to enable participatory environment for citizens and youth in local decision making processes thanks to translational cooperation. OC2 - Enhanced opportunities for citizens and their representatives, in particular CSOs and youth organisations, to express their views on the future of EU and get involved in decision making at local level. OC3 - Improved knowledge and understanding by citizens, in particular youth, on EU values and policies and in recognizing the European Union as a bulwark for human rights and democracy.
