Description | Golden State Environment signed an agreement in April 2008 to construct Taizhou City No. 4 Wastewater Treatment Plant with a capacity of 40,000 cubic meters per day in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. The project was procured via competitive bidding. Golden State established a project company, Taizhou Golden State City North Wastewater Treatment Co. Ltd., to operate the facility for 30 years before transferring it back to the local government. The total investment was US$ 7.5 million and Golden State owns 100% of the project. |
