"The RTV Slovenija project entitled ""Talents4Regions"" focuses on the European demographic problem, 'Talent Trap' – EU regions in the trap of underdevelopment and lacking talent. Do the regions know how to address the correct demographic issues? Is the creativity of talents rewarded? We have answers to the question: How can we stop emigration? These questions focus on network media projects with various shows and channels to improve awareness about European cohesion policy and this specific topic amongst the general public, young people and decision-makers. The national television broadcaster will produce a series of 26 short shows presenting good practices from 11 European countries, which will be broadcasted on the Slovenian national television TV SLO, the Croatian national television HRT, the Bosnian television BRT TV. The national radio will produce 40 shows, including two original radio plays, public concerts and podcasts. It will broadcast them on three central and regional radio channels of RTV Slovenija, posted in Italy and Austria. Concerts will be available for EBU exchange. Promotional events will be organised as part of the EUSAIR and Interreg projects, a digital hub in Novi Sad (Serbia) and a radio show and concert in Murska Sobota (Slovenia). The RTV Multimedia Centre is committed to creating a media support network that is recognisable and accessible to all. Media support also includes promotion and dissemination on social media, with specially targeted video documentaries featuring innovative young individuals living in rural areas in Slovenia. All content will be available on our online platform, with TV series also featured on the Agroklub platform in Croatia. Dostopno.si will provide access to the content for the deaf and hard of hearing and those who are blind and visually impaired. Enostavno.si will provide content adapted for easy-to-read and easy-to-understand. "
