Talga Group Integrated Graphite Battery Anode Project

Talga Group Ltd is developing a fully integrated graphite battery anode project in Sweden, including a mine and an anode refinery. The project involves mining high-grade graphite ore and processing it into coated spherical purified graphite (CSPG) for battery anodes. The refinery is fully permitted and ready for construction, while the mine is fully permitted except for a final building/rezoning permit (Detaljplan). The project aims for a production capacity of about 110,000 tonnes of ore per year and staged commercial production of anode material starting with 5,000 tonnes per year modules. Talga is also exploring expansion of a similar refinery project in the US, particularly in South Carolina, to produce about 20,000-24,000 tonnes of anode material annually.
