Tanbreez Rare Earth Project Offtake Agreement

Critical Metals Corp (CRML) signed a 15-year binding offtake agreement with REAlloys Inc. for rare earth element (REE) concentrate from the Tanbreez Project. REAlloys will purchase 15% of the annual REE concentrate production, with priority rights for volumes containing elevated concentrations of heavy rare earth elements like Dysprosium and Terbium, and a Right of First Refusal over additional volumes. The agreement follows the Government of Greenland's approval of CRML's ownership increase to 92.5% and extends a previous 10-year framework to 15 years with two additional five-year extension options. This agreement supports US defense and national security industrial base supply chains.
