Description	The project entails the construction of the Container Terminal 3 (TC3) of the Tanger Med 2 port in Morocco. The proceeds are used by a consortium comprising Marsa Maroc (50%), Eurogate and Contship Italian (40%), and Hapag Lloyd (10%). Total project cost is $212.50m USD. Financing was provided equally (EUR 33.25m - USD 40.37m each) by a group of banks: Banque Centrale Populaire (mandated arranger) Attijariwafa Bank (co-arranger) Bank of Africa CIH Bank The rest of the financing comes from sponsors' equity. Financial Closure was achieved in January 2021. TC3’s construction period was completed earlier this month (January 2021).
